A little about me and my process.

My background

I LOVE to eat and drink! My parents used to joke that I was born at Jocko’s, a dark, smoky oak pit BBQ restaurant located in the Central Coast of California, where steak was the first solid food I tasted. Clearly, my early experiences there had a big impact on me, because I always wanted to work at a restaurant when I grew up. When I left the coast for urban living in LA, I finally got my wish: I was hired as a waitress at a small boutique restaurant and eventually worked my way up to General Manager. As GM, I learned all the secrets to exploding alcohol and food sales, and increased catering sales by 3,500%.

I’ve since earned an Executive Diploma in Hospitality, Event Planning and Food/Beverage Management from The International School of Hospitality.

Currently, I live in *Fabulous* Las Vegas, Nevada with my husband and our tiny parrot, but we consider New Orleans our “home away from home.” We find the genuine hospitality, mouth-watering food, and booze that flows like water impossible to resist. We’ve only missed our annual pilgrimage once, and that was due to the pandemic.

Once we meet and I know what you’re looking for, I’ll be able to create a custom plan for you and provide pricing for my services.
